Shipping policy

Fulfillment

After your order has been placed it will be processed and fulfilled within two business days. Once your order has been shipped out, it will be delivered within the shipping time frame that was chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer standard shipping (5-8 business days) for free on orders over $50. Please note that the total cost of your order must be over $50 after discount codes are applied.

 

Billing & Shipping address

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. If a change is required to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed with the corrected address and order number at hello@shoppuffling.com. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been provided, we are unable to modify the address. We’re unable to update billing addresses after an order has been placed, but there shouldn’t be shipping issues as long as your shipping address is correct.

 

P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. boxes. Please be aware that there may be slight delays in delivery times depending on the carrier.

Mail Forwarding Services

We do ship to Mail Forwarding Service addresses. However, once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the items after they have reached the shipping address on file. Orders or items shipped to Mail Forwarding Service addresses are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
